For Sale Boards
           £20.00 + £10month
           Boards on monthly basis 
           £20.00 then 
           £10.00 a month until sold.

Consultancy rates for
          £20.00hr
          - General sales assistance and advice,
          - Additional photography for enhanced adds
          - Sales negotiations,
          - Legal paperwork assistance and dealing with Solicitors

Telephone / Email forward
          - £3.00 per lead. These are pre purchased in block at 10 a time.
